A fashion designer is looking for a better alternative than working from home. Rents are increasingly high, hence the 'homestay'. However, here's an attempt, on the off-chance, that someone knows of an unused 'space' in a building among other business residents.
The ideal space will have a small reception area (or one that can be created) with a larger room to be used as a design studio. Space needs to have good natural light for design work and sewing (2 x machines - not noisey). Area needs to be 'airy' and not cluttered or pokey. Must be secure for equip and fabric supplies.

The rent/lease price mentioned is perhaps a bit cheeky - but when you're starting out - you've got to start somewhere!
